Use of our service constitute the acceptance of our TOS, AUP and Privacy Policy. Herein "WHH", "NetAns", "We", "Us", "Our" refer to NetAns whose online presence is at http://www.netans.com while "You", "your", "client", "customer" refer to any party that uses our service.

Ordering

You should place an order by visiting http://www.netans.com and selecting the appropriate link. You should follow the steps outlined by our order system.

You can contact us anytime before placing an order and we will be glad to help them out if they have any questions.

Fulfillment

All orders are executed only after the receipt of payment as stipulated by us. For international customers, orders are fulfilled immediately after the approval of the transaction by PayPal or MoneyBrookers.com. We accept Demand Drafts (DD) and direct transfer from your ICICI Internet Banking account. The order will be fulfilled upon the receipt of the required funds.

Billing Policy

All our hosting plans are priced yearly and are billed accordingly. We don't employ monthly/quarterly billing cycles due to administrative difficulties. Further, we are charging a nominal amount for all plans to provide services to all kinds of customers.

All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD) for International customers and in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers. Prices are subject to change depending upon the market conditions and fluctuations in exchange rates. You should pay the amount specified on this site for obtaining our services.

Payment

We will accept the following methods of payment from customers within India

  1. Demand Drafts (DD)
  2. Online Fund Transfer through ICICI Bank (You should require an account with Internet Banking facility with ICICI Bank)

We will accept the following methods of payment from customers outside India

  1. Wire Transfer through Cash2India or PayPal or MoneyBrookers.com

Non-Acceptance

We will NOT accept the following methods of payment

  1. Outstation Cheques
  2. Direct Cash Deposit at ICICI Bank

If you pay by the above two methods, you are doing so at your own risk and we will not refund the money which you have paid. No communications will be entertained in this regard.

We reserver the right to add/delete any other payment methods dependiong upon the circumstances.

Non-payment

Failure to pay the renewal amount/balance amount (if any) will result in termination of services without prior notice.

Refunding

We will not refund the payment once paid by a customer under any circumstances. In fact, all our customers are happy about the quality and support of our service. Hence, there will not be a need for requesting a refund of the amount you deposited in order to avail our services.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion but not prohibited by Law.

Uptime Guarantee

Our servers in most cases boast a 100% uptime and are located at reliable data centers across USA and Eurpoe. However, we are not responsible for any interruption in services due to natural calamities, earthquakes and etc.

Maintenance of servers are not regarded as downtimes.

Although we will inform our customers about the maintenance activities, We have the right to undertake any such work without any prior notice in emergency situations.

Restrictions of Support

We will provide limited support for the third party softwares which are installed on our servers. At present we will provide support for ASPEmail component. Please visit our knowledge base at http://kb.netans.com for any issues associated with your hosting account. Please issue a support ticket in case if you require any support/help from us.

NetAns reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notice. All customers old and new abide by the latest version of Terms and Conditions posted on this page.
