Motorola to launch 4th Gen Moto G handset on May 17

Motorola is expected to launch the next-gen Moto G handset in India on May 17. The company has already mailed media invites for an event which is most likely to be the launch of 4th generation Moto G.

Earlier, the company has disclosed its plans to launch Moto G during the Moto X Force event in February in 2016. The latest version of Moto G is around one year old.

According to unconfirmed reports, Motorola is expected to launch both standard and plus variants of the nex-gen Moto G.

On the specifications segment, the currently available Moto G 3rd Generation features a 5-inch HD Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 13/5MP camera, 2470mAh battery loaded with Android v5.1.1 Lollipop.
