As usual, we got the coupon code from ebay, which can be used against select online purchases from the e-commerce store. However, to our surprise, we noticed that the expiry date of the coupon code is April 26 for the email received on May 2.
In addition to the coupon code, ebay also incorrectly mentioned the validity date of another coupon, using which you will be eligible for a free 16GB pendrive when you buy any item worth Rs. 3000 and above.
Usually, when a situation like this occurs, ebay will reissue coupon code via another email. We are eager to see when ebay will send the emails with coupon code bearing correct expiry date. From our point of view, the error could be as a result of a software bug or a defect with the database.
