Reliance has introduced two LYF-branded smartphones, Flame 2 and Wind 4 at Rs. 4799 and Rs. 6799 respectively. While LYF Flame 2 features a 4-inch WVGA display, the LYF Wind 4 offers a 5-inch HD IPS display.
On the specifications segment, the LYF Flame 2 offers a 1GHz MediaTek MT6735M quad-core SoC, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage (expandable up to 3GB) loaded with Android Lollipop v5.1.
Talking about LYF Wind 4, the phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 quad-core SoC, 1GB RAM. Even though it offers an internal storage of 8GB, you will be able to expand it up to 128GB.
The Flame 2, powered by a 1500mAh battery. is equipped with a 5MP primary camera loaded with 2MP front-facing shooter. The LYF Wind 4, meanwhile, offers a high capacity 8MP main camera coupled with 2MP front-facing snapper with a high capacity 4000mAh battery.
As you can see from the specifications, the LYF Wind 4 is comparatively better than Flame 2 in all aspects. Hence, if you can shell out an additional Rs. 2000, you should consider buying Wind 4.
Earlier, Reliance introduced LYF Water 5 smartphone at Rs. 11699, which offered a 5-inch FHD display, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage including a 2920mAh battery.
