Evernote adds Google Drive integration to Android

Evernote has added Google Drive integration to Android apps and its web based interface. As a customer of Evernote, you will be able to easily access files from the respective Google Drive accounts for a seamless work experience.

Nearly 50 percent of Evernote users have access to a Google account. Hence, it makes great sense to integrate the service with Google Drive to enable users to store Evernote content safely. As of writing this, the integration service is available for the web on Chrome and Android.

Users will be able to add any file in Drive directly to their Evernote without quitting note. That being said, any modification to files in Google Drive will be automatically updated in Evernote.

Responding to the development, Evernote CEO Chris O’Neill disclosed that he is confident of people making use of both Google Drive and Evernote once they actually visualize the working of the same.

Evernote will launch Google Drive support for other platforms like iOS and Windows in the upcoming months.
