Twitter is a great medium of communication. You will get lot of followers over the period of time. You will also follow people, businesses, and websites during your daily surfing on the popular social networking platform.
Sometimes, you will be required to embed Tweets into your blog post. This is a nice way to present content to your users rather than discussing about a particular tweet in detail.
To embed a tweet, navigate to your Twitter timeline, locate the specific tweet posted by an individual or business. Click on the three dots towards the right hand side of the tweet. When you hover over the dots, you will view More tooltip.
Click on the three dot and you will view a pop down menu with various options.
If you use latest WordPress themes, you can simply copy the link to the specific tweet by selecting “Copy link to tweet” and the theme automatically displays the complete content.
If this is not the case then you need to select Embed Tweet option. It will take few minutes for the embed code to display on the popup window.
You need to copy the code displayed inside the text window. You should switch over to the Text window inside WordPress editor for the tweet to be displayed. Otherwise, the code will be displayed as such.
You can enable/disable the display of the media like image or video. In this way, you can easily embed tweets into your own blog posts.
