Panasonic has announced the launch of Eluga A2 with 3GB RAM, 4000mAh battery and LTE (VoLTE) support at Rs. 9490 in Gold and Silver color variants.
Commenting on the launch, Pankaj Rana, business head (mobility division), Panasonic India revealed that ELUGA A2 aims to deliver maximum experience to our customers with a feature packed smartphone. With a massive 4000mAh battery, the new ELUGA A2 provides long backup time with a 4G VoLTE.
On the connectivity front, the Panasonic Eluga A2 features a 5-inch HD display, 1GHz quad-core SoC, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 128GB) loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop on top of Panasonic’s award winning FitHome UI.
While the main camera features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, the front-facing snapper is equipped with a 5-megapixel sensor.
Talking about connectivity front, the Panasonic Eluga A2 offers support for 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and FM radio with a weight of 168 grams and a thickness of 8.9mm.
In addition to the smartphone, Panasonic has bundled a protective screenguard worth Rs. 399 for free. It remains to be seen as to whether Panasonic releases Android 6 Marshmallow update for the Panasonic Eluga A2.
