Lava A82 with 5-inch display, 5MP camera launched at Rs. 5299 in India

Lava, India based smartphone manufacturer, has released Lava A82 in blue, white and gold color variants. Priced at an affordable price tag of Rs. 5299, the Lava A82 will be exclusively available via Tata’s CLIQ online store.

On the specifications front, the Lava A82 features a 5-inch TFT FWVGA display (480 x 854) with a pixel density of 196PPI. Compared to other premium smartphones, the pixel density of the display is very low.

Talking about other major specifications, the Lava A82 offers a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB) loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop. A 2000mAh battery has been integrated with the device, which will provide average power to the internals.

While the primary camera is equipped with a 5MP sensor, the front-facing snapper ships with a 5MP sensor. With support for smart-screen gestures, you will be able to make use of shortcuts to access frequently used apps like browser, camera, emails and many more.

On the connectivity front, the Lava A82 features GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and microUSB. With one year manufacturer warranty, the Lava A82 comes bundled withbattery, headset, screen guard, charger and a USB Cable.
