Asus has launched two new notebooks featuring USB Type-C port. Codenamed as Asus A540LA and R558UR, the laptops are available at Rs. 20990 and Rs. 43990 respectively.
The R558UR is an upgraded variant of R88UF laptop. However, the A540LA focuses more on the low budget segment coupled with a lightweight design.
On the specifications front, the ASUS R558UR laptop features a 15.6-inch full HD anti-glare display, Intel core i5-6200U processor, 4GB RAM powered with Nvidia GT930MX graphics paired with SonicMaster and Bang & Olufsen ICEpower audio system.
Talking about the ASUS A540LA, the laptop offers a 15.6-inch HD display, Intel core i3-4005U processor, 4GB RAM and Intel HD graphics 4400 including the integration of SonicMaster and Bang & Olufsen ICEpower audio system. As far as connectivity is concerend, both laptops offer one HDMI port, LAN port, VGA port and Wi-Fi.
