Flipkart CEO Binny Bansal will personally deliver iPhone 7 to customers based in Bangalore. According to a statement issued by Flipkart, Binny will work as a delivery executive and will be responsible for delivering iPhone 7 starting 7 PM on October 7. The statement also reads – Who will be first lucky customer who will get the first phone today?
According to sources, thousands of customers from all over India have pre-ordered the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus from the platform. The company added that their delivery executives are working round the clock in three major cities across India. This is to surprise several lucky customers at sharp 7PM.
If you had placed pre-order for your iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, you can expect delivery today directly from Binny Bansal.
Flipkart, for one, is gearing up to start deliveries as we speak. In fact, the excitement is such that CEO Binny Bansal himself will be personally delivering the first batch of iPhone 7s to select buyers in Bangalore.
In the US, customers were able to buy iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus at 12AM. However, in India there is no such excitment and hence the time is fixed as 7PM.
You can also purchase iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus at 7 PM starting October 7 from Flipkart. You have to be quick. Otherwise, stocks will vanish.
The default 32GB iPhone 7 will start at Rs. 60000 and will go up to Rs. 92000 for 256GB variant of the iPhone 7 Plus.
