Xiaomi Mi Note 2 with curved OLED display launched starting at RMB 2799

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has been launched with a 5.7-inch curved OLED display starting at RMB 2799. The new phones will be available in Piano Black and Glacier Silver color variants. The Mi Note 2 integrates a curved OLED display paired with a 3D curved glass in the rear and front side of the handset.

According to sources, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is the first handset to ship with 37 global bands including 22 LTE bands. It offers two-sided dual curves with 3D curved glass in both front and rear.The phone is manufactured using 7-series aluminum frame.

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is equipped with an ultra-thin 5.7-inch curved OLED display, Snapdragon 821 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB UFS 2.0 storage loaded with Android Marshmallow. You will be working with MIUI 8.

While the rear camera offers a 22.56MP Sony IMX318 sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 77-degree wide-angle lens, the front- facing snapper features an 8MP sensor with support for autofocus and Beautify 3.0.

The main USP of Mi Note 2 is the integration of Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) hardware-level 4K video stabilization. This feature enables you to capture images in extreme shaky environments.

A 4070mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 completes the package. It seems that Xiaomi is making a mark by infusing 4000mAh battery in new smartphones. If you look at Xiaomi Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime, they offer 4000mAh battery.
