Vodafone Business Services (VBS) has tied up with Google Cloud to offer G Suite to enterprise companies in India. G Suite is a set of intelligent productivity, communication and collaboration applications. They are available on a pay as you go model. The data communicated via the G Suite platform are completely secured with easy access from any gadget.
Commenting on the development, Nick Gliddon, Director, Vodafone Business Services disclosed that the company is delighted to work with Google to help Indian enterprises benefit from substantial productivity gains through the adoption of G Suite using Vodafone. With our cloud delivery model, we are now well positioned as a total communications partner to Indian enterprises embarking on their digital journeys.
Primarily, G Suite includes a wide range of intelligent apps such as Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, and more. They are designed with real-time collaboration and machine intelligence to bring people together and help them work smarter.
The main advantage of the G Suite package is that they are cost effective and predictable. Moreover, you will have a choice of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual payment methods. The payment can be remitted either via online or by cheque.
As an enterprise customer, you will have access to dedicated multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat. You can ask onboarding, migration and in-life queries. You will also be able to access dedicated account and relationship management for SMBs and large enterprises.
As part of the partnership with Google Cloud, Vodafone enterprise customers will be able to conveniently and securely access G Suite in a pay-per-use, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Moreover, Vodafone will support enterprises from on- boarding and activation right up to migration and service support through a dedicated Cloud Support Team.
