Pokemon Go gets better with new features for Android and iOS

Pokemon Go has been updated on Android and iOS. While the iOS version got updated to 1.17.0, the Android release carries the version number 0.47.1. However, the industry analysts are very disappointed with the update.

The latest Pokemon Go update features Player vs. Player battles, trading, and the ability to raise Pokemon babies instead of the much-anticipated 100 so-called Gen. 2 Pokemon.

The latest update was rolled out to eight new markets in addition to the previously introduced countries. This include Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. If you are living in any of these countries, you just need to navigate to Google Play Store and install the game.

The Pokemon Go update also provide fix for a bug that allowed the Egg-hatching cutscene animation to be visible from the map view. Furthermore, minor text flaws were also rectified.

By introducing the Pokemon Go in eight more countries, the developers are trying to tap new players based in the Gulf. We can expect huge spike in the players over the next few days.

It remains to be seen as to when Pokemon Go will be released in India. We expect the release of the game by the end of Q1 2017 since there is so much excitement for the game in India.
