T-Mobile has started to push November security update for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge. While the firmware version of the Samsung Galaxy S7 is given as G920TUVU5EPK5, the Galaxy S6 edge got G925TUVU5EPK5 as the version number.
If you have access to Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung S6 edge, you should verify for the existence of the new update. If you manage to install the refreshed update, you will get November security update along with other major performance and stability related features and improvements.
T-Mobile is rolling out the update in batches. Hence, it will take some time for the update to hit your handsets. Alternatively, you can check for the existence of an update manually by navigating to Settings menu.
