Kodak Ektra smartphone will be available for purchase with 21MP camera in Germany on December 9 at €499, which equates to $531.97 USD. The Kodak Ektra will be available in other countries by the end of December.
To begin with, the Kodak Ektra will be available for purchase via Amazon, Media Markt, Ringfoto, Saturn, kodakphones.com, and notebooksbilliger.de. Moreover, Kodak Ektra will be available for sale through Telekom on January 16, 2017.
Kodak Ektra smartphone has been manufactured with great emphasis on camera segment. The name was coined from the Kodak’s memorable rangefinder from all the way back in the mid-twentieth century.
On the specifications front, the Kodak Ektra smartphone features a deca-core Helio X20 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 3000mAh battery loaded with Android Marshmallow. The smartphone offers fast charging technology via USB Type-C port.
According to analysts, the Kodak Ektra is equipped with an excellent camera ever seen on any phone. The rear camera features a 21-megapixel sensor with PDAF, OIS, f/2.0 aperture, and a dual LED flash. The smartphone will be capable of capturing excellent images even in low-light conditions.
It is also possible to record 4K videos with the help of rear camera sensor. Moreover, the full manual options are also available when taking photos. Talking about the front-facing snapper, the Kodak Ektra handset includes a 13MP sensor with PDAF.
