LG G Pad III with 10.1-inch display and 5MP front camera launched in South Korea

LG has launched G Pad III tablet with a 10.1-inch display and 5MP front-facing snapper in South Korea at KRW 429,000. Interestingly, the popular leaker @evleaks has revealed the arrival of the new tablet recently on this Twitter account.

According to LG sources, a new version of the tablet with a stylus pen will be unveiled early January 2017. We expect the release of the new variant during MWC 2017.

The newly launched LG G Pad III tablet provides support for 4G LTE with a large 10.1-inch Full HD display. You will not find tablets with FHD display quite often. We have Lenovo S50-F, which provides support for FHD display in a 8-inch display.

On the specifications front, the forthcoming G Pad III 10.1 features a octa-core 1.5GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage loaded with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. While the rear camera offers a 5MP sensor, the front-facing shooter is equipped with a 5MP sensor.

With a weight of 7.9mm and 510 grams weight, the G Pad III 10.1 gets power from a 6000mAh battery. LG will also bundle an integrated kick stand, which enables you to adjust 70-degrees. The tablet also ships with a Time Square UX,which can be used as a desk clock, tabletop calendar, or digital frame.

Regarding price, the new LG G Pad III tablet has been priced at KRW 429,000, which equates to $360. As of writing this, the new tablet from LG is available only in South Korea.
