Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to ship with 8GB RAM and UFS 2.1 storage technology. According to a post published on Weibo by a user with the name Ice universe, the upcoming Galaxy S8 will be integrated with a 10nm processor, 8GB RAM and UFS 2.1 internal storage technology.

If the rumors emerging from the mills in China are to be believed, the addition of 8GB RAM is a sharp increase from the 6GB capacity. Previously, it was widely rumored that the Galaxy S8 will ship with 6GB RAM.

Based on the rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will ship with an integrated processor manufacturing using 10nm process. Moreover, the upcoming phone will be available in both 5-inch and 6-inch display variants. While the 5-inch display will be named Samsung Galaxy S8, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus bears a 6-inch display.
