Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X

Xiaomi is expected to release Redmi Note 4X with Helio X20 processor during the CES 2017. Touted as a successor to the Redmi Note 4, the specifications of Redmi Note 4X have been leaked via Weibo. We can also assume that Redmi Note 4X will be launched during the CES 2017 event. This is because Xiaomi is participating in the upcoming CES 2017 event.

The latest development is that Redmi Note 4X has succesfully passed through TENAA with code number 2016050. This signals the fact that the handset will be released within the next few months. Since TENAA is a credible source for smartphone leakages, we expect the launch before Q1 2017.

After a careful scrutiny, the Redmi Note 4X’s listing on TENAA reveals the fact that the handset will be available in 4GB RAM. However, you can also expect 2GB and 3GB RAM variants. Moreover, there are reports that the handset will ship with kiss messenger using which you can send messages in kiss format. That being said, we are not sure about this feature.

Under the hood, the new handset will be equipped with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB internal storage variants with expansion capability upto 32GB. We highly doubt the credibility of this information because the expansion capacity should be atleast 128GB.

On the specifications front, the Redmi Note 4X will flaunt a 5.5-inch FHD display, Helio X20 processor loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The rear camera offers 13MP sensor with LED flash. Like all other latest Xiaomi handsets, the Redmi Note 4X gets power from a massive 4000mAh battery. You will also find a fingerprint scanner on the rear as in the above images sourced from TENAA.

According to a latest leak, the Redmi Note 4X is said to ship with a Snapdragon 653 processor. However, there is no information regarding this on TENNA’s listing. The dimensions and weight are almost similar to that of Redmi Note 4. To recall, Xiaomi had launched Black and Blue color variants of Redmi Note 4 few days back.
