The live images of an upcoming Xiaomi smartphone have surfaced on Weibo. The image reveals not only the front but also the rear of the silver-colored variant of the handset.
Touted to be the Redmi Note 4X, the design of the recently released images are somewhat different from the leaked images spotted on TENNA in December 2016.
As you can see, the recently leaked image on Weibo reveals a physical home button most likely integrated with the fingerprint scanner. If you look at the images leaked on TENAA, it had navigation keys. The main difference is in the location of the fingerprint sensor. Moreover, there is a minor variation in the appearance of the camera sensor.
As of this writing, we don’t have any confirmation as to whether the images revealed in Weibo and TENAA listing are indeed that of Redmi Note 4X. However, the specifications are almost in tune with the previous rumors.
There is a possibility that the newly leaked images on Weibo are that of another smartphone. We have to wait and watch for few more days till something credible surfaces on the web.
