HMD Global will unveil Nokia branded Android smartphones at a launch event to be held on February 26. The company has started to send media invites for the launch. Previously, HMD Global had released teasers about the upcoming smartphone launch during the MWC 2017 event.
According to the official invite, the launch event will take place in Barcelona on February 26 at 4.30 PM (9 PM IST).

To recall, HMD Global had revealed on the official Facebook post about the purported launch of the new smartphones on February 26. In the Facebook post, the company added the following information

Like in the past, the latest invite doesn’t reveal any details about the expected phones. However, the company is tipped to launch more than one Android smartphones at MWC 2017. There were rumors that up to seven smartphones will be launched in 2017 in addition to feature phones.
Nokia 6, launched early January will be available for sale in China at CNY 1699 (Rs. 17000) around the week of January 17. To begin with, the Nokia 6 will be available in Black color variant in China.
That said, the upcoming new Nokia phones will also be available in China. As of this writing, we don’t have any information as to when the new Nokia 6 will be available in other emerging markets.
