Reliance Jio 4G feature phone has been spotted with shortcuts to Jio services. According to a leaked image published by Fonearena, the upcoming feature phone has been spotted with shortcut keys for MyJio, JioTV, JioCinema and JioMusic.

Based on the available data, the Reliance Jio 4G feature phone will feature a candy bar form factor with the T9 keypad coupled with D-pad in the center for the purpose of navigation. Moreover, the forthcoming 4G VoLTE feature phone will be manufactured with an emphasis on the services developed by the company.

According to rumours, the Reliance Jio is expected to launch a 4G VoLTE-enabled feature phone priced at Rs. 1299. However, another report signals that the phone will be available between Rs. 999 and Rs. 1500.

Industry analysts feel that the move by Reliance Jio will not only boost the adoption of 4G services in rural areas but also give an impetus to the Demonetization drive by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Compatible with 4G-enabled smartphones, the Reliance Jio has confirmed that there are over 72 million subscribers who make use of their high-speed mobile Internet on the go. The service is available all over the country. Moreover, the service is free until March 31, 2017, under Reliance Jio 4G Happy New Year offer.

After April 1, you can extend the 4G plans by paying Rs. 149 for around 1GB of data. The rates will most likely change and will be announced by Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani.

With Reliance Jio 4G, you can make use of free voice calls and also access to a wide range of Jio apps. The company is hopeful that with the launch of budget feature phones, they will be able to attract people.
