Samsung is expected to unveil Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus during the upcoming MWC 2017. The latest leak provides a glimpse of the pricing and availability of the flagship handset. Moreover, the leak also signals the fact that the Plus variant will be equipped with a dual-camera setup.

Based on the available information, the smartphone will be expensive than its previous counterparts and is expected to launch on March 29. Moreover, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will be showcased to select group of people on the floor of MWC 2017.

Ricciolo took to Twitter and shared the information that the Samsung Galaxy S8 is ready. Even though the phone is going to be launched on March 29, the retail availability will happen only from late April. He also mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will cost EUR 849 (Rs. 62000 approx). Hence, the Galaxy S8 is expensive than the currently available Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge model. If you look at the pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, the phone will be priced at EUR 949, which equates to Rs. 70000.

According to reports, Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will be equipped with a dual-edge curved display with thin bezels at the top and bottom edges. Moreover, the display will have a unique pressure sensitive features. There are reports that Samsung is expected to integrate several new features to regain the lost goodwill and trust among customers.

You can expect the elimination of the physical home and navigation buttons. Most likely, the fingerprint scanner will be placed at the rear or below the display. You can expect the integration of a dual camera at the rear side of the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. Moreover, the company is also gearing up to borrow the Iris scanning technology from the ditched Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

On the features front, you can expect the addition of a camera with autofocus support. Samsung is planning to make a big refresh for the S Health app with WebMD integration. Hence, you will be able to access articles and interact with doctors from within your smartphone.

It is confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will be launched at the upcoming MWC 2017 followed by the retail availability. We expect Samsung to release the phone in India by the end of Q2 2017.
