LG X230 has been certified by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) signaling the imminent arrival of the handset into the retail market. Touted as a budget model, the phone appeared in benchmark listings in October 2016. Meanwhile, several variants of the LG X230 has been certified. This means you can expect the release of the phone globally within the next few days.
Like in the past, the Bluetooth data doesn’t reveal the features and specifications. According to rumors sourced from Geekbench listing in October 2016, the upcoming LG X320 will feature a Mediatek MT6737M processor, 1GB RAM loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Since the phone is dubbed as low-end, we only expect 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB.
With declaration ID of D033464 and QD ID of 89909, the LG X230 has been specified with EReV3.0 as hardware version. In October 2016, the handset appeared in Geekbench listing with a multi-core score of 1247. However, the phone received a single-core score of 441. The listing states that the phone will carry only 934MB RAM.
With LG X230 passing through Geekbench and Bluetooth group, we can expect an imminent launch of the phone. We don’t have any information about the price of the phone, but we expect between $125 to $190.
