LG G6 latest leaked image reveals SIM slot and top portion

The images supposed to be that of the LG G6 has leaked on the web. Upon inspection, the images reveal the top right side. Moreover, the images look similar to that of the previously leaked design. Hence, we can infer that the latest leaked image is indeed Lg G6.

Leaked via a Korean website underKG, the latest leaked image showcases only the top portion. We can spot the front-facing shooter alongside LED flash and the SIM card slot on the side. We wonder why the bottom half has been left out in the leaked image. Do you smell absence of a physical home button and fingerprint sensor embedded into the display?

If you look at the leaked image, you can clearly visualize the rounded corners including sturdy metal construction. The SIM card slot along with the SIM ejector is placed almost at the center. It seems that the SIM card slot is a hybrid one and it will accommodate microSD card as well.

Expected to be unveiled on February 26 at the MWC 2017, the company will showcase and demonstrate the key features of the LG G6 during the event. You can expect the integration of a non-removable battery in addition to water-resistant capabilities.

Designed using glass and metal build, the LG G6 features a 5.7-inch display with a display resolution of 2880×1440 pixels. Moreover, the aspect ratio is 18:9 instead of the conventional 16:9.

Under the hood, the LG G6 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 821 processor coupled with a dual rear camera sensor and a fingerprint scanner on the rear. There are reports that the fingerprint sensor will be placed on the front panel.
