Do not expect Android 7.0 Nougat update for Motorola Moto E3 Power

When a majority of Motorola smartphone expected to receive Android 7.0 Nougat, the latest reports suggest that Motorola Moto E3 Power will not get Android 7.0 Nougat. Ever since Google announced the launch of Android Nougat, Motorola has been very active in providing the release to its smartphones.

The latest rumor signaling the fact that Motorola Moto E3 Power will not hit Android Nougat seems to be disappointing among tech enthusiasts. Moreover, customers expected the update especially with the fact that the phone was released in September 2016.

Motorola had updated the official support pages with complete details about the phones that will surely get access to Android 7.0 Nougat. Interestingly, the Moto E3 was left out from the list. Hence, we can strongly conclude that Moto E3 Power will not get the latest bits of the Android platform.

On the specifications front, the Moto E3 Power features a 5-inch HD IPS display, MediaTek MT6735P processor, Mali-T720MP2 graphics, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, an 8MP rear camera coupled with 5MP front-facing snapper. Dubbed as a budget-friendly device, the Moto E3 Power is loaded with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. A 3500mAh battery with fast charging support provides adequate power for the handset.
