Huawei P10 Plus is expected to launch with integrated Iris scanner, which is identical to that of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 during the upcoming MWC 2017. According to a render leaked from anzhuo.cn, the upcoming Huawei P10 Plus will most likely ship with an Iris scanner as it is evident from the extra sensor located on the front of the handset.
With a fingerprint sensor on the rear, the Huawei P10 Plus handset also features a physical home button as per the latest leaked images. While the front side is equipped with a physical home button, the rear side provides dual camera sensors with LEICA branding on the top right side. Moreover, we can clearly spot the fingerprint sensor with the Huawei logo on the bottom.
Meanwhile, the leaked images of Huawei P10 shows the absence of Iris scanner and fingerprint sensor on the rear. However, the phone will most likely offer dual camera LEICA branded sensors.
Previously, there were rumors that the handset will be equipped with dual fingerprint sensors. However, the latest renders don’t reveal any such feature. We don’t know whether the Physical home button will be integrated with the fingerprint scanner.
Furthermore, the Huawei P10 Plus will feature a curved hyperbolic display identical to that of the Huawei’s Mate 9 Pro. From the leaked image, we can clearly see that the phone comes with a 5.5-inch display and a ring flash that will be placed alongside the laser-assist autofocus sensor.
While the Huawei P10 will be infused with the HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, the Huawei P10 Plus will be equipped with a Kirin 965 processor, Technically, the Kirin 965 will offer higher clock speed than Kirin 960 processor.
When it comes to internals, the Huawei P10 will be available in 4GB/64GB storage and 6GB/128GB storage variants. When it comes to P10 Plus, you can expect 6GB RAM paired with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM model with 256GB storage. The main highlight of the upcoming Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus will be the addition of Android Nougat on top of EMUI 5.0.
If the rumors are to be believed, you can expect 3100mAh battery in Huawei P10 and 3650mAh battery in Huawei P10 Plus. Moreover, the handsets will also be available in Green and Purple color variants.
Expected to be unveiled at MWC 2017, the Huawei P10 will be available starting at $699. However, you will be required to pay higher for the Plus variant.
