Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X tipped to launch on February 14

Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of Redmi Note 4X with 4100mAh battery on February 14. Cleared by TENAA, the news about the official launch of Redmi Note 4X has been disclosed by the company itself on Weibo. The company also released a teaser image with a big 16 in red color. The phone is launching on Valentine’s day and hence we expect a red color variant of the phone.

On the specifications front, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X features a 5.5-inch FHD display, Mediatek Helio X20 processor powered by a 4100mAh battery. The handset will be available in 2GB, 3GB, and 4GB RAM variants. Like in the previous Redmi series, the phone offers 4100mAh battery. It looks like Xiaomi has made it a habit by infusing 4100mAh battery in all the upcoming smartphones.

While the rear camera sensor is equipped with a 13MP sensor, the front-facing shooter offers a 5MP sensor. The phone will also offer a fingerprint scanner alongside Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of MIUI 8.

Since Xiaomi hasn’t yet released Android Nougat update, you can only expect Android 6.0 with te upcoming phone. There are reports that Xiaomi will also unveil a Snapdragon 625 processor in few select markets.
