Elephone has announced the availability of 500 units of Elephone C1X worldwide for only $99.99 in partnership with coolicool.com. In a statement revealed to the press, the company announced that a new era of smartphones had been born with the launch of the phone below $100. The spokesperson also said that Elephone C1X is a nice choice for youth.
Designed with all-metal enclosure, the Elephone C1X features 2.5D curved display, a fingerprint scanner on the rear alongside Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Moreover, the integration of AAC Box speaker system enhances the audio quality of the smartphone.
Regarding specification, the Elephone C1X features a 5-inch 2.5D HD display, a MTK6737 processor running at a clock speed of 1.3GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
While the rear camera features an 8MP sensor, the front-facing snapper bears a 5MP sensor. Designed with an all-metal body, the Elephone C1X provides support for Touch ID and AAC Box speaker system. You will be able to expand the storage up to 64GB.
Currently, the Elephone C1X is available for pre-order and will start shipping from February 28 directly from Hong Kong warehouse. As of this writing, the handset is available only in Black color variant and will be unlocked for Worldwide use.
