Microsoft has refreshed Cortana app on Android in India with a new and refreshed User interface. Listed as CoA Preview, the app has been updated with a four color UI. As of this writing, the Cortana app on Android is available in purple, blue, green, and grey color options. Moreover, the large font size enables you to read the content very easily.

Even though there is no hamburger menu, you will find a grid for performing various actions. It is possible to access all the important functions of Cortana using the grid. Microsoft has also updated the speech recognition window with improved performance. According to reports, the functionality is faster and smoother than the previous Cortana UI builds.

With the latest update, it is possible to create a new account on Cortana using your mobile number. You will find an identical approach in Skype Lite, which was introduced in India recently. The changelog points out the fact that the latest update provided enhanced location detection capabilities to the app.
