HTC has started to ship the premium HTC U Ultra smartphone for all customers who have pre-ordered the handset in the United States. HTC USA aka @HTCUSA took to Twitter and shared the information that the shipments are restricted to the members of the HTC Elevate community.
If you are part of the program, you will receive the handset if you had ordered. Otherwise, you will have to wait until March 9 for the smartphone to ship to the general public. The message on the tweet clearly reveals the date on which the shipments will start to public. It also includes a specific statement that the company is currently taking care of the fans.

Priced at $749 in the US, the HTC U Ultra was launched quietly in India at $900. However, in China, the handset is available for sale at $740. The company is expected to unveil the handset in Japan on March 10.
In terms of specifications, the HTC U Ultra features a 5.7-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM, 128GB expandable internal storage, 12MP rear camera, 16MP front-facing shooter, 3000mAh battery loaded with Android Nougat. The highlight of the handset is the integration of a Sense Companion assistant. Hence, you can expect to do more with the latest premium phone.
