Verizon pushes Android Nougat update for Moto Z Play in the US


Verizon has rolled out Android Nougat update for the Moto Z Play smartphone in the United States. Hence, if you are on Verizon network and make use of the Moto Z Play smartphone, you will be able to get Android 7.0 Nougat tagged with NDNS25.137-24-1-2 as the software version. You will be able to experience the latest features of the new Android platform.

Recently, the Canada-based mobile service provider Rogers also rolled out Android Nougat update for the Moto Z Play smartphones. Like in the past, the update will be rolled out via OTA. Hence, it will take some time for the update to hit your handsets. Alternatively, if you are unable to wait, you can manually verify the presence of the update by tapping System updates option inside Settings option.
