AT&T has rolled out February security patch for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S5 Active smartphones via OTA. With build number MMB29M.G870AUCS2DPK5, the update for the Galaxy S5 Active measures 187MB in size and includes the latest Android updated related to security.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Note 5 device bearing N920A comes with the build number MMB29K.N920AUCS4CQB2 with a weight of 167MB.
When it comes to the Galaxy Note 4 with model number N910A, the update is being introduced with build number MMB29M.N910AUCS2EPK4 with 137MB total capacity. You should note that the latest update is for the AT&T. Hence, you need to have access to any of the three devices with AT&T support.
Like in all other updates, the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow loaded devices will get the relevant updates via over the air. Hence, it will take few days for the update to reflect on your smartphone. Alternatively, you can verify the existence of the update manually by tapping Settings | About devices | System updates.
Based on the size of the updates, you need to establish connectivity with W-Fi before proceeding to download and install the update. Moreover, you should charge the phone completely. Recently, AT&T has also rolled out the February security patch for the GalaxyS6 and S6 Edge smartphones. The company also pushed Android Nougat update for the two smartphones on March 9 in Europe.
