Samsung has pushed March security update for the Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy J1 Ace and Galaxy Tab A (2016) smartphones. If you work with any of these smartphones, you will be eligible to receive the relevant update.
With build number N910FXXS1DQC3 for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the Galaxy J1 Ace bears a build number of J110HXXU0AQC1. Moreover, the Galaxy Tab A (2016) is tagged under build number P585JXU2AQC2. In addition to the security update, Samsung also released bug fixes for few issues reported previously.
If you install the update, it will provide the fix for a few security vulnerabilities, which prompted hackers to steal sensitive data. Hence, the hackers will find it tough to fetch information from your smartphone. Furthermore, the March security update also provides several enhancements related to the system.
If you are eligible to receive the March security update, you will view the message notification. Firstly, you should free up storage space by providing the update with 1GB of space.
You should also establish connectivity with Wi-Fi by disabling Bluetooth. If you don’t have the patience to wait to receive the message notification, you can manually verify the presence of the update by tapping the Settings icon.
