Verizon has released March security update with performance improvements for the Moto Z-Droid and Z Force Droid smartphones. If you work with either Moto Z Droid or Z Force Droid, you will be eligible to receive the March security update rolled out via OTA. You will get all the latest security patches, which helps you to keep harmful viruses at bay.
Tagged software version NCLS25.86-11-4-6-8, the latest March security update for Verizon Moto Z Droid and Z Force also includes performance enhancements and bug fixes. If you install the update, you can expect improved and trouble-free performance.
According to Verizon, the installation of the update is compulsory for users since it brings a wide range of features and bug fixes. The update has been rolled out in a phased manner. Hence, it will take few days for the update notification to appear on display.
If you are unable to view any notification prompting you to install the update, you have to wait for few more days. Alternatively, you can manually verify the presence of the update by tapping Settings | About Device | Software Updates.
Before proceeding to hit the notification, you should free up at least 1GB of disk space from your phone and charge the device up to 60 percent. Moreover, you should establish connectivity with Wi-Fi and disable mobile data. If you are using unlimited 4G at a fixed cost per month, you can go ahead and install the update.
