Elephone is slated to push Android 7.0 Nougat update for Elephone P9000 smartphone. In a statement released to the press, the company disclosed that the product team has got exclusive access to Elephone P9000 loaded with a beta version of Android 7.0 Nougat.
According to the company, the fingerprint problem associated with the Elephone P9000 handset has been resolved in the update. Moreover, the phone will offer fast-task processing capabilities. You will be able to run two applications simultaneously coupled with split screen and other new unannounced features.
Elephone is confident that Android 7.0 Nougat in Elephone P9000 will provide a perfect performance experience. Furthermore, you will be able to experience an improved installation of apps in the beta version.
The company sources revealed to us that they require more time to optimize and refine the Android Nougat platform to offer an enhanced user experience. Hence, you need to wait for few days for the new refreshed version of Nougat to become a reality.
In terms of the specifications, the Elephone P9000 features a 5.5-inch LG LTPS FHD display, Helio P10 processor, ARM Mali-T860 graphics processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
While the rear camera is equipped with a 13MP Sony IMX258 camera, the front-facing shooter offers an 8MP sensor. The camera also provides support for FHD slow motion video support. A 3000mAh battery supplies power to the handset.
