Oppo F3 Plus Rumored To Boost With Android 7.1.1 Nougat Update

According to rumors, Oppo is gearing up to launch Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for the premium Oppo F3 Plus launched in India recently. The news gathered momentum with a smartphone tagged with model number R6051 was recently surfaced on GFXBench carrying Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Interestingly, the benchmarking results reveal the presence of Android Oppo Edition.

If Oppo decides to push Android 7.1.1 Nougat, then the company will skip the traditional route of Android 7.0 Nougat, which is indeed a good news for customers. The reports suggest that the update will be rolled out via OTA directly.

The GFXBench site also states that the smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch FHD display, an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz paired with Adreno 510 graphics processor.

The benchmarking data shows the presence of 3.6GB RAM and 47GB internal storage, which is not a standard specification. We infer that it could be 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. When it comes to the optics, the GFXBench benchmarking results reveals the addition of 15MP rear camera alongside 19MP front-facing snapper.

Tagged as Selfie Expert, the Oppo F3 Plus features a 5-inch FHD 2.5D curved glass Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protected display, Snapdragon 653 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The highlight of the phone is the integration of a dual 16MP and 8MP sensors on the front. Moreover, you have a 16MP Sony IMX398 sensor coupled with dual-tone LED flash. A 4000mAh battery with VOOC Flash Charging support supplies adequate power to the phone.
