If you are using Moto G4 Plus in the US, you can rejoice because of the availability of Android 7.0 Nougat. With build number NPJ25.93-14, the Android Nougat update has been pushed via OTA.
If you install the update, your handset will be upgraded from Android Marshmallow in the US. Moreover, you will be able to experience new features such as Doze mode, improved notification features in addition to split window mode.
Like in the case of all the previous updates, it will take few days for the bits to reach your handset. If you are in the US with Moto G4 Plus, you will view a message notification on your handset.
If you are unable to view a message notification, you can manually verify the presence of the update by tapping Settings | About device | System updates. That said, it will take few days for the update to reach your phone.
Before proceeding to download the update, you should establish connectivity with Wi-Fi and disable mobile data. Moreover, you should completely charge the device up to 100 percent to avoid interruption during the installation process.
