Samsung Galaxy Core Prime On Verizon Gets Better With March Security Update

Verizon has started to release March security update for Samsung Galaxy Core Prime smartphone. The March security update includes bug fixes and performance improvements. After the installation of the update, your handset will have a stability.

With software version LMY48B.G360VVRU3CQC1, the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime handset will get fresh updates after a long gap. Based on the feedback, the US-based mobile carrier has fixed several bugs including adding improvements related to the device.

Samsung Galaxy Core Prime was originally shipped with Android KitKat and later on upgraded to Android Lollipop. However, some users are still using KitKat, which is nearing the final stage. Oppo is still shipping handsets with Android Lollipop, which is very much outdated.

As in the case of the previous updates, the latest March security update is also being rolled out via OTA. Hence, it will take few days for the update to reach your handset. Meanwhile, you can also manually check the status of the update by tapping the Settings icon and selecting System updates option from About device section.

Before downloading the update, you should charge the phone to 100 percent and establish connectivity to WiFi to avoid interruption during charging.
