Samsung has rolled out March security update for the Galaxy J7 (2016) smartphone. With build J710MNUBU2AQC1, the update provides the latest security patches for the month of March.
In addition to the security related updates, the March security update for Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) also provides regular bug fixes including system improvements. You will be able to experience smooth navigation after the installation of the update. Moreover, the update optimizes the performance of your device to a great extent.
In the meantime, the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) has also started to receive April security update with build number J320FXXU0AQC3. However, the update is applicable only for customers based in Europe.
Like in the case of all other updates, the March security update for Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) is rolled out via OTA. Hence, it will take few days for the update to reach your handset depending upon your location.
If your device is eligible for the update, you will view a message notification.
