LG has rolled out an update for the flagship LG G6 handset in Korea. With a size of 157MB, the update arrives as version number V101-MAR-21-2017. According to the official software update screen sourced from within the LG G6 handset, the update enhances the camera quality and also introduced auto focus function when capturing movies and videos.
If you install the latest update for LG G6 in Korea, you will be able to visualize that it improves the HDR10 image quality. Moreover, the update also improves the performance of the gallery for fast file sharing.

Some of the other core features of the LG G6 update are enhanced OTG recognition rate, improved touch performance in addition to the enhancement of call quality. You will be able to view no icon display during the restoration of the home screen.
LG G6 handset was launched in Korea on March 10. The latest update is the first after the official launch of the handset. Going forward, we expect more updates with more features and improvements based on user feedback. Interestingly, T-Mobile also pushed the first update for the LG G6 handset in the US with version number H87210e.
On the specifications front, the LG G6 features a 5.7-inch IPS QHD Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display, Snapdragon 821 processor, Adreno 530 graphics, 4GB RAM, 32/64GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat.
While the rear camera is equipped with a dual 13MP rear sensor, the front-facing shooter offers a 5MP sensor. A 3300mAh battery supplies power for the handset with support for fast charging via USB Type-c port. You will be able to charge 50 percent in 30 minutes.
If you are located in Korea with LG G6, you will view a message notification. It will take few days for the notification to appear on the phone depending upon the location.
You can also manually verify the presence of the update by tapping the Settings icon. You should make sure to activate Wi-Fi and provide 1GB of storage space for the successful installation of the update.
