Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 With 64GB Internal Storage Launched in China

Xiaomi has launched the much-awaited Mi Pad 3 in China with 64GB internal storage at CNY 1499 in Champagne Gold color variant. The highlight of Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 is the addition of a 6600mAh battery, which is not only thin but also powerful enough to provide an extended backup.

The Mi Pad 3 has bumped up the storage capacity to 64GB, which helps you to work with the tablet without purchasing an additional Micro SD card.

If you work with Xiaomi Mi Pad 3, you will be able to experience an enhanced look because of the integration of a new chip-level video decoding technology. The 7.9-inch IPS Retina display provides the same premium performance as the television. The display features a 2048×1536 pixel resolution paired with a 326PPI.

Furthermore, the newly introduced black and white screen and eye protection modes in the MIUI 8 helps you to work without any eye strain. If you would like to read books, you can activate black and white mode similar to that of Amazon Kindle. If you enable eye protection mode, you can reduce the impact of the glare since the display will convert to pale yellow, which provides relief to reduce visual fatigue.

On the specifications front, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 features a 7.9-inch Retina display, MediaTek MT8176 processor, IMG GX6250 graphics processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC 5.0 expandable storage powered by a 6600mAh battery. The display also provides an ability to adjust color temperature.

Unlike the previous Mi Pad, the latest release provides support for fast charging technology with a 5V/2A charger. The processor infused inside the Mi Pad 3 runs at a clock speed of 2.1GHz and has been designed using 28nm manufacturing process.

While the rear camera is equipped with a 13MP sensor coupled with f/2.2 aperture, FHD camera with a wide range of filter effects. You also have a 5MP front-facing snapper alongside f/2.0 aperture, using which you can capture brilliant selfies. You can also play a wide range of audio and video formats.

Designed with an all-metal unibody design, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 is loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of MIUI 8 user interface. The Mi Pad 3 tablet measures 328 grams in weight.

There are rumors that the tablet comes with a fingerprint sensor, Microsoft Office and AI-based virtual assistant Cortana. You can also expect Mi Pad 3 Pro with the next few months.
