Samsung has pushed April security update for the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone. The minor update brings in the latest Android security patch in addition to regular bug fixes based on the feedback from customers.

With build number C900FDDU1AQC5, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro users have reportedly started to receive the update via OTA. You should wait for few days for the update to hit your handset since the rollout will depend upon markets.

If you are using Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, you will view a message notification that prompts you to install the update. You can also manually verify the presence of the update by tapping Settings icon if you are yet to receive the update notification. Based on the reports, the latest update included security updates for the month of April.

Before proceeding to download the update, you should enable Wi-Fi to avoid interruptions during the update process. Moreover, you should provide 1GB of storage space for the installation of the update including charging the handset to more than 80 percent.
