Huawei is expected to launch MediaPad T3 within the next few days since the tablet has reportedly cleared Bluetooth certification. Previously, the Huawei MediaPad T3 has passed through TENAA, FCC and WiFi Alliance.
With declaration ID – D034842, the design model number is mentioned as KOB-W09. Moreover, the hardware version is mentioned as REACHW-V1.0 and software as KOB-W09C001B003.
According to the papers released by Bluetooth, the device got the required Bluetooth certification on April 18 although the tablet received Qualification assessment date on April 17. The design description states that Huawei MediaPad T3 features an 8-inch display alongside Snapdragon MSM8917 processor. The tablet also provides support for Wi-Fi data connectivity.
Based on the available information, Huawei is expected to release MediaPad T3 in 7-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch display sizes respectively. While the 7-inch variant tagged with model number BG2-W09 has received the US FCC and WiFi Alliance, the 8-inch model has been certified by Bluetooth, TENAA, and WiFi. Interestingly, the 10-inch display model got only WiFi Alliance certification.
When it comes to the specifications, the Huawei MediaPad T3 will feature a quad-core processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 4650mAh battery loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat.
With Huawei MediaPad T3 passing Bluetooth, we can expect an imminent release of the tablet. We have extreme shortage of tablets with Android Nougat. The MediaPad T3 is expected to fill the gap left by other manufacturers.
