Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ features Bixby voice control app, which enables you to perform a wide range of functions. The Bixby app is identical to that of Apple Siri, Microsoft Cortana. You can activate Bixby using a dedicated button.
Touted as a combination of voice, touch, and text, the company had revealed during the launch of the handset that the full-blown version of Bixby will be made available with support for all features. As of this writing, Samsung has started to push the update featuring Bixby voice services.
With Bixby, you should be able to enjoy functionalities such as Bixby Vision and Bixby Home in Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. However, the introduction of these services has been delayed due to non-availability of Bixby Voice. During the launch, Samsung disclosed that they were not fully geared up for the launch of the Voice service.
With the rollout of Bixby, you will be able to work with all the features of the digital assistant app. Moreover, you will be able to experience the enhanced User Experience.
According to Yonhapnews, Bixby Voice is currently going through a complicated and iterative process to build up not only users voice but also instructions. Furthermore, Samsung Bixby also integrates an advanced learning engine called Deep Learning.
If you think Samsung Galaxy S8 series is fool proof, then you are wrong. Samsung Galaxy S8 series is plagued with several problems such as the red-tint screen, Wi-Fi connectivity failure including constant reboot issues. You should note that Voice is a key functionality of Bixby. It should work properly. Otherwise, it will cause serious damage not only to the Galaxy S8 but also to the trust of the company.
