Huawei is gearing up to unveil EMUI 5.0 for several smartphones within the next few days. According to reports, the refreshed EMUI 5.0 will be pushed via OTA for not only Huawei P9 but also a wide range of Honor-branded handsets. Moreover, the new UI will provide optimum resource allocation based on the usage trends and history. Hence, you will be able to experience faster and smooth operation for an extended duration.

Based on rumors, the upcoming EMUI 5.0 will provide support for one-button navigation, machine learning, enhanced security including interactive experience. We expect Honor 8, Honor 5C, Honor 6X, and Huawei P9 to receive the EMUI 5.0 software update via OTA.

If you would like to experience EMUI 5.0 by default, you need to wait till Huawei launches Honor 8 Lite during the second week of May 2017. Based on Android 7.0 Nougat, the EMUI 5.0 has been inspired by the Aegean Sea blue color surrounded with White color.

Huawei claims that the upcoming EMUI 5.0 will be not only power efficient but also user-friendly and secure. With EMUI 5.0, you will be able to perform a wide range of functions quickly instead of navigating several pages. The company said that users will be able to complete 90 percent of all the important functions with minimum clicks.

The highlight of the EMUI 5 is that it will allocate resourced dynamically to ensure the lag-free performance of all apps. The user interface takes advantage of the next-generation machine learning techniques.

uring the previous launch events, Huawei has promised enhanced localization support. As part of this initiative, you can expect EMUI 5.0 to provide support for Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada, Maithili, Oriya, Marathi, Assamese, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati and Nepali.
