Samsung is scheduled to unveil Samsung Galaxy Note 7R after the device has cleared Bluetooth SIG certification, which is required for smartphones. Interestingly, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7R is nothing but the refurbished version of the Galaxy Note 7. With the appearance of the phone at the Bluetooth SIG, we can expect an imminent release of the handset.
With Declaration ID D035300, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7R has been tagged with the model number and design name SM-N935F.
While the software version number is mentioned as N930F.001, the hardware number is given as REV0.1. The Bluetooth results reveal the hardware specific data but don’t include information about the features.
According to rumors, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 7R will be powered by an Exynos 8890 processor alongside Android Nougat. The processor runs at a clock speed of 1.59GHz, which is same as the Galaxy Note 7. That said, there is also a possibility to infuse Exynos 8895 processor.
However, we expect the Galaxy Note 7R to ship with the same features as the original Galaxy Note 7 with an Iris scanner. Samsung has reportedly integrated a 3200mAh battery and the phone will be available in Black, Silver, Coral Blue, and White color variants.
Samsung Galaxy Note 7R will initially launch in Korea by June end followed by China and other emerging countries.
