Swipe has launched two new variants of the budget friendly ELITE Star smartphone. The 1GB RAM model will have 8GB internal storage in Gold color option with a retail price of Rs. 3699. However, the 16GB internal storage model with the same 1GB RAM will be available at Rs. 3999 in both Black and White color variants.
According to company sources, the two new models of Swipe Elite have been released after the overwhelming success of the previous Elite Star model series. Moreover, several consumers reached out to the company via social media for the release of a new smartphone in the Gold color variant.
The product team disclosed that the Gold color variant is the way of saying thanks to all our esteemed customers for the kind of support they have showered upon.
Rich benefit of regional language
Swipe has revealed that the smartphone has been loaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and Indus operating system to enable users to leverage the benefits of regional languages. Moreover, the handsets provide default support for 4G VoLTE. Hence, you can use the Swipe Elite with Reliance Jio.
New Features
With support for 12 languages, the Indus OS-loaded SwipeElite smartphones come with two new features such as Transliterate and Translate. While you can swipe left to Transliterate, you just need to swipe right to translate.
The handsets also include an innovative Indus Dialer with OS integrated balance analytics. If you are using pre-paid mobile service, you will be able to perform all account related steps directly from the phone dialer.
Specifications
On the specifications front, the Swipe ELITE STAR (1GB/8GB) features a 4-inch WVGA display, 1.5 GHz Quad-Core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP selfie snapper loaded with Android Marshmallow.
The handset is powered by a 2000mAh battery coupled with customized Indus OS. The smartphone is available in Gold color variant at Rs. 3699. The availability of a budget smartphone in Gold color is a matter of great importance.
Meanwhile, the Swipe Elite Star with 16GB internal storage also features the same specifications as the Gold model except that fact that it has a higher storage capacity. The rest of the specifications are identical including the inclusion of Indus OS. The handset is currently available in Black and White colors exclusively via Flipkart.
