If rumors are to be believed, Samsung is currently testing Galaxy Note 8 with the model number N950FXXU0AQE9. A popular tipster with the Twitter handle @mmddj_china took to the micro-blogging website and disclosed the information.

Based on the information revealed in the tweet, we can infer that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is currently under testing phase.

We don’t have any further information about the features and specifications. However, we expect Samsung to ship the device with Iris scanner similar to that of the Galaxy Note 7. Moreover, the Galaxy Note 8 will be equipped with the fingerprint sensor, Samsung Pay integration, addition of Android 7.1.1 Nougat, S-Pen technology and much more.

You can expect the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 before the end of August 2017. Hence, the handset will be a big competitor for OnePlus 5 scheduled to hit retail shelves in July 2017.
