Sony has been reportedly working on a new Xperia smartphone. According to sources, a new mysterious Sony Xperia smartphone with the ID PY7-66475M has surfaced at the official website of the US FCC. We expect an imminent launch of the handset since the phone has surfaced at the FCC.
Interestingly, we can see four FCC ID’s below the main ID, which indicates the arrival of multiple variants of the phone. We don’t have any information other than the FCC ID.
If you inspect the FCC data, you can see that there is no way to detect the device name. We can only assume that the device with the specified FCC ID would be that of Sony Xperia. That said, you should accept the facts only with a pinch of salt since there is no official confirmation.
To recall, Sony had released four new smartphones such as Xperia XZs, XA Premium, XA1 Ultra and Xperia XA1 at the MWC 2017. Based on the previous rumors, we can expect a new Sony Xperia smartphone with an advanced camera sensor with a capacity of 21MP.
We will continue to keep track of the developments and keep you updated. Stay tuned with NetAns.
