Oppo R11 and R11 Plus spotted at TENAA

We have been hearing rumors about Oppo R11 for quite some time. The latest development is that Oppo R11 and Oppo R11 Plus surfaced at TENAA. Hence, you can expect an imminent launch of the handset. Moreover, the TENAA listing outlines rough specifications of the devices, which could be official.

On the specifications front, the Oppo R11 will feature a 5.5-inch FHD AMOLED display, Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB expandable internal storage. You will be able to work with Android 7.1.1 Nougat with the ability to expand the storage up to 128GB.

When it comes to the optics front, the Oppo R11 will bear a dual rear camera sensor with 20MP and 16MP sensors. Expected to be powered by a 2900mAh battery, the Oppo R11 measures 6.8mm in thickness.

The Oppo R11 Plus, on the other hand, will be integrated with a large 6-inch FHD display, Snapdragon 660 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage powered by a 3880mAh battery. As you can see, Oppo will likely increase the amount of RAM and trim the display to normal TFT instead of AMOLED.

As expected, the Oppo R11 Plus will be loaded with Android Nougat. Oppo needs to embed a high-quality display since it is an important factor. The normal TFT display will not look good when it comes to app navigation and web browsing. The thickness of the device will be higher at 7.8mm, which is larger than Oppo R11.

Oppo fans are anxiously waiting for the arrival of the Oppo R11 and its big brother. The company will launch the phone initially in China followed by other regions. With the clearance by TENAA, you can expect a launch within the next two months.
